Snowy Day

Living in North Carolina we don't see much snow. Well at least not where we are. On Sunday evening we almost didn't make it home from Kentucky before the bad weather came rolling in. We were home maybe thirty minutes before the snow began falling and boy oh boy did it fall!! We woke up on Monday morning to the announcement of school closed for the day!! We missed two days of school and the third morning a delayed start, YAHOO!! I have always loved spring and fall in my yard. The beautiful flowers and colorful leaves. But this winter I have found a new love for the white, peaceful snow that blanketed our home.
